Meet your Mentor

Jean Alfonso-Decena

Hi, I’m Jean. I started my career as a 23-year old call center agent, growing into Operations Management, moving on to Silicon Valley startup leadership and content creation, heading onto building regional teams for global companies.

I then embarked on a 10-year journey traveling several countries to accelerate two things: my spiritual and professional growth. I did them simultaneousely while growing a family and making new, genuine connections to discover more about life, so I can learn more about myself.

Books played a huge role in my growth, but there’s a super special essential ingredient to the expansion I’ve gone through.
