I spent 20 years building essential skills, developing meaningful relationships and discovering what truly makes me excited to wake up everyday doing impactful work that I love and feels like play, with people I enjoy working with in industries with glass ceilings.

From Manila to the US, and through Southeast Asia, and after spending 3 years in Osaka and now homebased in Kyoto, my professional journey and leadership style have evolved into what I call a future-ready human.

This is because I have been and continue to be mentored by some of the most unique, brilliant humans doing uber cool work in the world. In turn, I’ve been informally mentoring women and men for the past 15 years who want to build (or switch) careers in AI, Data Science, Spiritual Healing Arts, Silicon Valley startup scenes and learn how to become savvy and global tech founders, outstanding leaders, conference speakers. Most of all, how to take care of themselves holistically so they can do more out of life and fulfill their missions in the world.
